Richard Yovanovich successfully represented Stock Development in obtaining the approval of one of the most important land use petitions in Collier County’s history.
Collier County commissioners approved Stock Development’s plans for One Naples, one block from Vanderbilt Beach. Commissioners voted 4-1 on each of the developer’s four requests.
